great staff but minor maintenance issues

I particularly appreciated Maralena's help at reception and Joseph's good nightly treats. The room offered fine pool views. The blackout blinds ensured a peaceful night's sleep.

The shower needs better maintenance to prevent issues with water pressure.

Exceptionally comfortable bed, clean bathroom and terrace and climate control in the room. Great breakfast with variety of outstanding food. All the staff were happy to help. An elegant atmosphere around the place...

Amazing getaway with awesome vibes

Staying here was dope! The pool area was super chill, never had to fight for a lounger, and the staff were always around to take drink orders, fab. I loved the snacks at the poolside snack bar too. Only thing was, the breakfast could've had more options for us picky eaters.

The staff is knowledgeable here, the services are perfect, and location is magnificent not far from a different restaurant on several nights, supermarket and the beach and excursions such as jetskiing, parasailing and boat cruises. The breakfast choices are great with fantastic local products, yoghurts and pancakes. Thank you for an excellent stay.

Good location

No shampoo or slippers.

The pool area was a standout feature, with plenty of sun loungers available and attentive service that made relaxing easy. The lackluster breakfast options could use improvement, as I found them repetitive and not up to par with what I'd hoped for at this price point.

The hotel is nice, and has everything I need with a poolside snack bar, free Wi-Fi in public areas, and great 24-hour reception. The staff helped me with directions on my first stay. I'll be back for Christmas!

The Infinity in Hersonissos had some fantastic highlights. The pool area was always clean and offered plenty of sunbeds, great to soak up the sun comfortably. The daily breakfast had a solid variety, and we enjoyed trying different dishes each morning. The staff were great at assisting with anything we needed. The room we stayed in had a nice balcony with partial sea views. There were a few hiccups. The maid service could have been improved. We noticed some areas in the room weren't cleaned as well as expected, and a stain on our pillow went untouched for days. We felt the noise from the nearby nightlife could be intrusive at times, especially when trying to relax. A better shower setup would really enhance the experience, as ours had maintenance issues.

Luxurious private jacuzzis

Really enjoyed the poolside snack bar and helpful 24-hour reception. Shower water pressure was poor.

The nearby beach was perfect, and we enjoyed easy access to local spots. Star Beach Water Park was a highlight for our family. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

In my wife's opinion, a more flexible check-in time would be great.
